Try Broader Questions. AI is particularly effective at answering broader questions, such as analyzing trends and motivations or summarizing requests for an agency and a period of time.
Finding Specific Requests. AI can certainly answer questions about specific FOIA requests, but FOIAengine’s search feature may be most effective for ensuring you have identified all requests that meet narrow criteria. It also allows you to export tabular data.
Be Patient. Broader questions can take as long as 30 to 60 seconds to review all data and provide an answer.
